We use the following cookies
on our Website:
Essential cookies: Some cookies serve an essential function, and websites cannot work properly without them. Where such essential cookies are used, they cannot be disabled without also disabling the related functionality of the
Website.
Browser cookies: Other cookies serve a functional purpose and improve the user experience of the Website. We use browser cookies to tell us, for example, whether you have visited us before, and to help us identify the Website features that interest you the most. Browser cookies may enhance your online experience by saving your preferences while you are visiting a particular website, so that you do not need to reset them each time you visit that website. Browser cookies cannot identify you as an individual. You can reject any browser cookie through your browser, as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires explicit consent for all cookies that are not strictly necessary for the operation of the Website. However, without browser cookies you may not be able to take full advantage of all our Website’s features.
Web beacons: Some types of cookies collect aggregate information which helps us to improve our Website, for example by providing information on loading errors and the most visited websites. Certain pages on our Website may contain web beacons (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags and clear GIFs). Temposonics uses web beacons to display content to visitors and to generate statistics regarding web traffic and trends. Web beacons cannot identify you as an individual.
Targeting cookies: These cookies record your visit to our Website, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We use this data to make our Website and the advertising displayed on it more relevant to your interests. We

We also use cookies and similar technologies provided by other companies to collect web traffic information such as time, date, IP address and browser, so that we can store your preferences and other information on your device and save you time on subsequent visits by eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information. In most circumstances, the information captured cannot identify you as an individual. This information could possibly enable you to be identified, but we do not use it for this purpose.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics cookies to collect data and compile reports about how visitors use our Website, and we use this data to improve our Website. Google Analytics mainly uses first-party cookies, which are not

has published information relating to privacy and the safeguarding of data.
Google Analytics collects your IP address, which is a unique code assigned to every computer and device connected to the Internet. IP addresses are usually assigned in
geographic blocks and they allow website operators to identify the country, state and city in which the computer or device is based. We may collect either a full IP address or a portion of it in order to identify the location of the visitors to our
Website.
We should like to draw your attention to the fact that under American laws such as the Cloud Act, American authorities (e.g. intelligence agencies) could potentially gain access to personal data that is inevitably exchanged with Google
over the Internet Protocol (TCP) when this service is integrated.
The use of Google services may result in the transmission of data to the USA, and this is covered by the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. For more details please

Website may not function properly or they may not be accessible.
You will normally find instructions on how to disable or delete cookies in the Help menu in your Internet browser. Most browsers are set up to accept cookies automatically. However,
you can choose to block cookies or adjust your browser to inform you before a cookie is stored on your computer. You may also use the self-regulation programmes available in your country – such as the EU-based Your Online Choices programme –
to manage the way in which companies other than Google advertise to you.
